FordPass functionality and appearance may change over time due to software updates. You are responsible for internet access, mobile network data and voice call services required for your use of the FordPass App on your mobile device, including associated fees. The FordPass App and FordPass Connect modem can only work when both are connected to the telecommunications network. The FordPass Connect modem will only function on the 3G or 4G telecommunications networks (and 5G, for Transit Custom 2023.75MY onwards). When these networks are no longer available, the modem will stop functioning and the connected services and all data transmission via the modem will cease. Ford cannot guarantee that FordPass will be in fully operating condition at all times and the FordPass App may be unavailable or particular FordPass services interrupted. Mustang Mach-E
A. Offer available to all buyer type customers, except Government (G) and Customer Care Loan Vehicle (CCLV) (L), who purchase and receive from a Ford Authorised EV Dealership a new or demonstrator Ford Mustang Mach-E (Vehicle) between 1 September and 31 October 2024.
B. Offer includes the first four general services only as set out in the Mustang Mach-E Service Portfolio supplied with Vehicle (Click here to see the Service Portfolio) up to 4 years from the Vehicle’s Ford warranty commencement date or 60,000km, whichever comes first General Services.
C. Each General Service includes the service items listed in the “GENERAL SERVICE” and “OTHER MAINTENANCE ITEMS” sections of the Service Portfolio as required at the time or distance intervals prescribed by the Service Portfolio.
D. The General Services exclude any other service item, part, repair, consumable, labour or any other work or improvement on the Vehicle whatsoever that is not listed in clause C, as well as the service items listed in the “SEVERE OR EXTREME CONDITION SERVICE” section of the Service Portfolio.
E. If a General Service is not performed within 6 months or 7,500km after the servicing interval prescribed by the Service Portfolio or within up to 4 years from the Vehicle’s Ford warranty commencement date or 60,000km, whichever comes first, the customer forfeits inclusion of that General Service and may be required to pay for that General Service.
F. The offer is not transferable to another vehicle and remains with the Vehicle regardless of ownership.
